Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MaidinUAE platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MaidinUAE, governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Platform Description
MaidinUAE is an online marketplace that connects end users seeking home services (cleaning, maid services, nanny services, and home maintenance) with licensed service providers operating across the seven Emirates of the UAE. The Platform facilitates service requests, quote submissions, and communications between users and service providers.
MaidinUAE acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not itself a provider of any home services. We do not employ, supervise, or control any service provider listed on our Platform.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.
4. Service Provider Obligations
Service providers ("Companies") registered on the Platform must comply with the following:
- Valid Trade License: Maintain a valid trade license issued by the relevant UAE authority (Department of Economic Development or equivalent Free Zone authority) for the duration of their registration
- Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate business details, including service offerings, pricing, and areas of operation
- UAE Labor Law Compliance: Comply with all applicable UAE Federal Labour Laws, including proper worker documentation, visa requirements, and employment contracts
- Insurance: Maintain adequate liability insurance as required by UAE law
- Quality Standards: Deliver services in a professional manner consistent with UAE industry standards
- Timely Responses: Respond to service requests and user communications in a timely and professional manner
5. Service Request and Quote Process
The Platform operates on the following model:
- Users submit service requests specifying their requirements, location, and preferred schedule
- The Platform automatically routes requests to relevant service providers based on service category and coverage area
- Qualified service providers may review the request and submit a quote with their proposed pricing
- Users can review, compare, and accept quotes from multiple providers
- Once a quote is accepted, users and companies can communicate directly through the Platform's messaging system
MaidinUAE does not guarantee that any service request will receive quotes, nor do we guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any service provider.
6. Credit System and Payments
Service providers operate on a credit-based system:
- Credits are required to submit quotes in response to service requests
- The number of credits deducted per quote varies based on the service type and request complexity
- Credits can be purchased through subscription packages or individual top-ups
- During promotional periods, credits may be offered at no cost — the terms of such promotions will be communicated separately
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated
- Low credit balance notifications will be sent to ensure uninterrupted service
All payments are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
7. Platform's Role as Intermediary

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the actions or omissions of service providers
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform

- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) shall continue in effect
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MaidinUAE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
